Region:  Young, NSW & Gundaroo, Canberra District.
Processing: Moderate pressings included for added texture and tannin extract. Mostly stainless steel and barrel fermentation with a small percentage fermented as whole berries.
Fermentation: Steel (50%), old French oak (42%), and whole berries (8%).
Alc: 12.0%
Flavour Pairing: Made for dumplings, roast chicken or anything with a little spice—the texture of Pinot Gris loves flavour, while its freshness keeps things light and lively.
